The Staples Motley Area Community Foundation, a component fund of the Initiative Foundation, serves as a philanthropic vehicle for accumulating and distributing financial resources to benefit our communities within the physical boundaries of Staples Motley School District.  The entire principal of the Staples Motley Community Foundation shall be held as a permanent endowment. The interest income shall be distributed in the Greater Staples Motley area to support local charitable endeavors.

The Initiative Foundation is a regional resource for grant making, community planning, business investments and donor services, located at 405 1st St. SE,  Little Falls, MN 56435.  By serving as a management resource and fiscal host, the Initiative Foundation advises the local board and maintains an endowment of donated dollars.  The financial returns on this investment are used for annual grant making.
